Stakeholders

Stakeholders are representatives from the Federal Government, the States (“Länder”), and from the employer’s associations and trade unions. The chambers of industry and commerce act as public authorities in training matters.
 
Stakeholders develop:

• Standards in VET
• Qualification profiles and curricula
• Examination requirements
• Criteria for quality assurance

Here, labour market conditions, enterprises, technological and economical change are closely monitored and new developments are taken into account.
