Chambers of Trade & Commerce
Chambers of Trade & Commerce are charged with the registration of training and work experience agreements, the accreditation of training providers, organization and execution of examinations.

The chambers are institutions under public law and commissioned to organize and monitor VET in Germany, though there are not a direct partner of the social dialogue constituting vocational training. However, due to their old historical roots going back to the medieval guilds, they are an influential and important actor for German VET.
