Roles and Tasks

In order to support the process of qualification, the appropriation of self-learning and social competence, the provision of knowledge and skills (in-house, external, self), and the proper implementation of the qualification process, the participant is supported by a facilitator, technical experts, colleagues, training providers, the superior, and media infrastructure.

The role of the facilitator and the technical expert can be assumed by the same person. It is emphasized, however, that only adequate facilitation of the learning process will help realize the benefits from the training concept and will enormously influence the results of the qualification. Facilitation is not just a formality.
