AITTS can only be used to its fullest potential when embracing the workflow-embedded, facilitated training concept. Advanced training differs significantly from vocational or academic training, as people have individual personal backgrounds and different levels of experience and qualification. From Socrates and ancient mentors, over the journeyman – master relationship in Medieval guilds, discussion circles in the Age of Enlightenment, to modern concepts of continuous quality improvement, action learning, or the development of emotional intelligence – there is one common factor: Reflecting one’s own activities. |
