Learning Content The structuring of (explicit) learning content is not decided on the basis of a formal organization of the subject (taxonomies etc.), but rather on the basis of the work process. Holistic areas of competence arise naturally and are operationalized in the context of their work process. This aligns with the concept of Learning Clusters and avoids dead declarative knowledge that cannot be applied to the work practice. Equally important, there is implicit learning content that could not be conveyed by formal training concepts: Social and learning competence are improved by incorporating informal learning and reflection. Learning, throughout the qualification process, is made conscious by a defined and structured documentation and the help of the facilitator. |
