AITTS In Brief
|
Structure AITTS rest on two columns: These two components are linked by reference processes: representative work processes that serve simultaneously as a reference for the particular job role and its curriculum. It is important to understand that one key strength of AITTS stems from the seamless integration of standardization – qualification – certification: Job profiles are delineated based on “reference processes” which are derived from underlying business processes typical for the IT industries. At the same time, these reference processes constitute the curricula: Work content becomes learning content and vice versa. Certification is obtained by going through, reflecting and documenting these processes in the context of individual work assignments. |

AITTS AITTS aims not only at higher standards for job or competence descriptions but at improved employability and at an implementation of success criteria for lifelong learning. In a demographically changing society, AITTS facilitates learning for older employees as well. |
