The e-Skills Meta-Framework (“EMF”) is developed in relation to the establishment of a European Qualification Framework. The EQF has become the essential force for change at European, national and sector level within the lifelong learning perspective. It is supporting the follow up and implementation of the common objectives for European education and training systems.
