Settling the Formalities If employed, a person wanting to qualify will usually take part in a career development discussion. Here, the individuals and the companys objectives are coordinated and documented in a qualification agreement. An appropriate occupation profile (from the Specialists profiles or the IT Professionals profiles) must be identified and the formal entry criteria of the participants must also be examined and approved. To qualify as Specialist, for instance, one needs either Real work project(s) must be selected to cover the respective profiles reference process congruent in depth and complexity. Facilitator and technical experts are chosen. A description of the qualification project along with personal information is given to a certification body officially accredited or – for examination as IT Professional – to a Chamber of Commerce and Industry. If the information is complete and meets the formal requirements, the qualification can start. |
