By combining knowledge, abilities and tools, and by integrating technical, methodological and behavioural skills, Specialists are able to work systematically, with a high degree of autonomy, and in a target-oriented fashion. Having developed strong problem solving and self learning competence, they are excellently equipped to meet future challenges.
